1 竞赛背景 Competition background
关于从家 About Congjia
从家致力于发展乡村大平台、互联大数据、在集乡村运营、投资、策划、设计、建设等强大的资源基础上开展从家定制、乡村活化及私宝定制，力争中国乡村定制第一品牌。
Congjia is committed to the development of rural platform and large interconnected data, in rural set operation, investment, planning, design, construction and other powerful base on resources from custom, countryside activation and private treasure custom, strive for the first brand of Chinese rural custom.
业主情况
1、业主为80后四口之家返乡创业计划中；
2、房屋具有舒适居住空间的同时要满足一定的经营需要，明确功能为：顶级特色餐厅+居住；
3、地处河南省东南角，当地盛产竹子、河石；
4、基地所处位置交通便利，距离竹沐园旅游风景区1.4公里，固始县火车站3.0公里， G40沪陕高速出入口2.0公里；
5、土建成本预算50—70万RMB，考虑基地内购置一颗大树；
6、项目动工时间为2016年10月01日。

5、Civil engineering cost 50-700000 RMB, considering the base in the purchase of a big tree；

2 奖项设置 Award setting
中标方案将由业主具体实施建造，由【从家定制】监督完成，中标者拥有从家01#小院设计版权，并挂牌署名。
The bid-winning scheme will be built by the owner concrete implementation, completed by supervision from【Congjia custom】,the winner has from home # 01 yard design copyright, and signature.
1 中标方案一次性现金奖励10,000RMB，颁发获奖证书；
The bid-winning scheme of disposable cash reward 10,000 RMB, award certificate;
2 2至6名每人（团队）一次性现金奖励1,000RMB，颁发获奖证书；
2 to 6 (team) one-time cash reward 1,000 RMB per person, award certificate;
3 所有提交作品的个人/团队，达到参赛要求即可获得由80后业主提供的价值400元的精美农家礼品一份；
All submitted works of individual or team，Meet the entry requirements can be achieved a peasant gift worth 400 yuan fine. provided by the owner after 80;
4 前6名作品将在【从家定制】微信公众平台发布；
The first 6 works will be released in WeChat public platform of 【 Congjia custom 】;
5 邀请上海生活时尚频道及设计师拍摄专访纪录片（3—5min），并播出一周；Invite Shanghai lifestyle channel and designers interview documentary (3-5 min), and broadcast a week;
6 中标后签订设计深化服务协议，指导最终设计施工，拥有从家01#小院自经营时间起5年，每年10%盈利分红。After the winning we design deepen the service agreement, guide the final design and construction. We offer 10% profit share out bonus every year in the first 5 years.
7 优先选入从家专家团队，并邀请从事其他从家小院跟踪设计。First elected to the team of experts of Congjia and invite other from home yard track design.

本次大赛由上海从家信息科技有限公司主办，竞赛组委会将邀请上海合城规划建筑设计有限公司、美国W&R国际设计集团、三家建筑自媒体以及80后业主共同组成，其中包含建筑学博士3人规划博士2人。
The competition sponsored by Shanghai Congjia Information Technology co., LTD., The organizing committee will together invite competition COSPACE ARCHTECTS CO.,LTD(US)、USA W&R International Design Group、three buildings from the media as well as the owner after 80s. Among them there are three architecture, Dr and three planning, Dr.
