详细职位说明：
Responsibility：
l Leading project teams focused on delivery of outstanding design solutions for the many dimensions of client work including planning and urban design;
l Leading the initiation, development and execution of ideas and solutions in urban design and master planning projects ranging from mixed-use urban space to large scale regional planning;
l Building and sustaining client relationships, as well as management of project teams that may include a range of collaborators, both internal and external;
l Communicate and Meet with clients with addressing the essential clients‘needs
throughout the projects' lifecycles, and prepare deliverables for clients.
Requirements：
l Degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning or Architecture. Master or Doctor degree preferred;
l 5+ years related experience, of which at least 2 years has been in leadership of design teams;
l Execellent project management, presentation and visual communication skills;
l Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills;
l Familiarity with urban design guidelines and submission procedures to relevant authorities;
l Experience on urban design, strategic or concept planning a must, while special interests or expertise on city regeneration, sustainable urban development or other special areas an asset;
l Previous design enterprises abroad experience will be considered in preference; experience in resort design will be preferred.
